Korfball New Zealand is currently undertaking preparations to participate in a number of international tournaments during the next three years and is seeking expressions of interest for Managers for the Youth and Senior National Squads

The team manager is responsible for the: · Administration and management of the senior national squad and the national youth squad and · Welfare of all squad members at training and competition. The main purpose of this position is to manage the logistics required in ensuring that each squad functions effectively, with minimum involvement in logistical tasks from the coaching team and squad members.
The secondary purpose of this position is to act as the main point of contact for squad business. This will involve the coordination of communications and information flow to and from squad members and the KNZ Board, via the KNZ Representative Korfball Committee.
As part of the Team Management there would be an expectation for you to travel with the squad to competitions overseas, However if you are unable to commit to travel but are able to assist in New Zealand based work then KNZ are interested to hear from you.
You are requested to respond in writing and are to include a CV, stating any relevant experience and history and be no more than two pages in length. Please indicate at what level you would like to be involved (Senior or Youth) in your expression of interest.
